This picture was taking in Colorado on public land in Colorado in a National forest.
I was hunting with 3 friends. It was Leos first ever elk hunt. He shot the bull at 12 yards.
We didnt notice until we saw the picture how much differently our camos varied in these mountains. We were hunting in high mountain pines mixed with old growth aspens.
Ive always liked this shirt (Ive had it for 9 years). On many occasions it was the one I was wearing when I harvested an animal. I think I bought this shirt in Sabinal , Texas while on a hog hunting trip one spring. I dont think Ive ever seen it sold anywhere else.
This was NOT a set up to make your Camo look better than my friends. But we all commented on how well it melted into the back ground.
